Seven Step Recruiting Reports 41 Percent Growth in Q2 2012

BOSTON, MA — August 23, 2012 — Seven Step Recruiting, a leading provider ofrecruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, has announced continued growth in the second quarter of 2012 with 41 percent increase in quarter-over-quarter revenue. The Company also added a number of clients in the manufacturing industry, representing more than 1,000 annual hires, and expanded scope-of-work with existing clients such as Huntington Bank and ITT.

Quarter two saw increased demand for Outsourced Recruiting Services and resultant growth including: 

  • 41 percent increase in revenue in Q2 2012 vs. Q1 2012
  • 27 percent increase in employee base, specifically to build new client teams and solidify an emphasis on candidate sourcing innovation and expertise
  • Extended contract terms and scope of work in each of the Company’s three highest-volume finance and insurance clients

In addition to financial and customer growth, Seven Step welcomed Emily Gordon as Strategic Director. In this role, Emily’s responsibilities will include the strategic delivery of client services and LEAN recruiting practices. In addition, she will aid in recruiting transition management for a cross-section of new client engagements.
