Release: Seven Step RPO Starts Year Strong With Record First Quarter Revenue Growth

Boston, MA - Seven Step RPO, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, announced unparalleled growth in the first quarter of 2013, increasing its revenue by 101 percent over Q1 of 2012. Additionally, 70 percent of Seven Step’s clients chose to expand scope within the last two quarters, most notably within the financial, insurance, retail and manufacturing sectors.

Highlights from the Quarter

Customer Growth –In the first quarter of 2013, Seven Step increased its hiring scope by 173 percent over Q1 of 2012. Additionally, a major financial institution expanded its recruiting services program with Seven Step from 600 annual hires in 2012 to 7,000 annual hires in 2013. Seven Step also tapped into the transportation and logistics sector for the first time in Q1 with a Fortune 100 company win. 

International Expansion – Seven Step became a global organization in Q1, hiring for a major electronics brand across 44 countries spanning six continents, including Asia, Australia, North America, and Africa.

Employee Growth – Seven Step has increased its employee headcount by 92 percent over Q1 of 2012.  Adding to the strength of the executive team, Doug Lubin joined Seven Step in February as Director of Business Development. In this role, Doug contributes to Seven Step's growth by building a business development strategy rooted in marketplace and competitive analysis, thought leadership, and intuitive buyer engagement.
