BOSTON – July 12, 2022 – Sevenstep, a global talent solutions leader, was recently recognized for its innovation and people-first approach in the 2022 US “TIARA” Talent Solutions Awards. The June awards presentation showcased top providers of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions. Sevenstep won in two of eight categories against more than twenty finalists, highlighting the company’s culture for driving high retention of internal teams and sustaining lasting client relationships. The company was also recognized as a runner-up in the Best Use of Technology category for its proprietary data and analytics platform Sevayo™ Insights and for Talent Solutions Provider of the Year, reflecting its continued commitment to innovation and investment in best-in-class solutions.
The first win for Sevenstep, The Best Talent Solutions Firm to Work For Award, recognized what judges noted as the company’s “high retention in a competitive market and genuine employee-driven culture.” Sevenstep experienced a 94% retention rate during the high-turnover period following the initial disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic and more than doubled its workforce in 2021. Career advancement opportunity, a robust learning program, work flexibility and social commitment were key strengths in helping the company earn this recognition.
The second winning category, The Client Service Award, recognized Sevenstep “for showing innovation and thinking outside the box to show impactful changes, and clearly articulating how they added value in every aspect.” The recognition was based on a transformational RPO relationship that increased bandwidth and agility, supported innovative practices, optimized processes and improved overall performance for the client. In three years, the relationship has more than tripled in size to more than 8,000 hires annually.
